Lost & Found

As Oahu’s official lost and found center, we help thousands of animals find their way home every year. Immediately report all missing pets or pets you may find; the report will be kept active for 30 days.

If you’ve lost a pet
  • Complete a Lost Animal Report immediately and include a photo.
  •
  • Post your missing pet’s photo on Facebook.
  •
  • Visit the shelter; your pet may arrive here just hours after getting lost. Because our interpretation of your animal's description may be different than yours, visit us daily. Hundreds of stray animals are arriving weekly. Bring any proof of ownership you have that can including photos, licensing or microchip information and veterinary records that will help to identify yourself as the owner.

When you've found your pet, let us know. Contact 946-2187 or hhs@hawaiianhumane.org so we can focus on pets still lost. Take down signs you've posted in your neighborhood and let your neighbors know, too.
